Monday: Bob Harper's Body Rev Cardio Conditioning
Tuesday: Jillian Michaels' Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
Wednesday: 45 minute hike, outside (uphill & downhill)
Thursday: 45 minute walk, outside
Friday: P90X Yoga + 45 minute hike outside (uphill & downhill)
Saturday: REST
Sunday: 40 minute walk, outside

RED= Mostly Strength workout
BLUE= Purely Cardio
